Ordered a pair of sneakers online yesterday around 16h30, this morning around 09h15 I got an sms that order has been dispatched.. I tell you that same day at 15h15 the Ram courier guys were at my gate delivering my order. I am sooo excited and blown away by the prompt and exceptional service. Thank you soo much. My daughter love her pair of Puma sneakers.. they are more beautiful than on internet.. I am thinking of getting my self one.

I placed my order saturday. I was going to need it monday because my family is leaving on vacation for 2 weeks, the site mentioned that I should expect the package the next working day. I am so incredibly disappointed because it’s monday, and they told me it’s still processing and it’s arriving. Tomorrow I am leaving and I won’t be home, so the package will be sent back automatically. Even though the package still hasn’t been shipped, they won’t even allow me to cancel the order, and now I wasted €10 for express shipping and I still don’t have the shoes. I used to shop here frequently, my family and I will not be shopping here again.

Comfortable and beautiful designs. I definitely recommend you try this brand. Delivery was quick and the service is on point.

Delays to order...

Like so many other reviews here, they say they will send the product in 2-4 days, you buy the product and then they email to say it's delayed. No indication of when you'll get it. You don't get this with Nike, adidas, Under Armor etc. Won't be buying from Puma again.

I returned my order with the prepaid label provided by puma. They made me wait 1 month + 2 weeks to finally tell me they wll not refund as their incompetent warehouse staff cannot find the package that was signed for and accepted at their warehouse! They even confirmed receiving it! Now i will contact my attorney to sue PUMA for $1,000

Unfortunately I ordered more than a week ago and I am still getting emails that my orders haven't been shipped yet and they apologise and offer a 20 % voucher which anyways you can't access with all the other offers.Very disappointed!

My review is on the customer service not the actual product. My advice is buy through a third party like JD etc. Here they have awful returns and refunds that take exceptionally long (still awaiting a refund) everytime I email, I get asked for proof from Evri, sent this across they say the same thing. They have now asked me to fill in a long form so they can investigate. I have refused, you have the tracking number that says the item has arrived - REFUND ME P5653397. I 100% wont use Puma again. I would use JD etc

Third class customer support haven’t got my refund from 1.5 months and everytime i call them they told me that we have escalated your case and you’ll get refund in 2 days.
Pathetic products and worst experience.

Their products are cheap and stink- made in China is the biggest garbage ever - I Bought before and it used to be better, but now the products are so poorly made and uneven and so cheap - made in china has the ruined the planet - China is an empire built on knock offs and bad replicas

Just got my puma delivered today. Already worn sneakers, dirty sole and smelly. Puma? Never again.

I order one t shirt and I today is 8 th day and I am still waiting for my parcel and then I call customer service for help they spoke very rudely and blame everything on me for delay of packet they said someone in company made a mistake. Instead saying sorry they argument with me

I've purchased several pairs of new puma shoes and have noticed one glaring mistake in construction. They all come to a point and the extra space is on your second toe not the big toe. Therefore I have to get larger size to accommodate for less room. By doing that shoe doesn't fit like it should

I’ve ordered from a few times this year. I sent back 2 separate returns using there return label supplied in the box. The first parcel I had to chase after a month and fill in a declaration form they then said it was at the warehouse and refunded. The second parcel is missing and I’m having too do it all again and there not responding. They don’t like to return money
